Website terms
This website and its content belong to golfstars. Please use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. We keep the information as accurate as we can, but availability and prices can change at venue level.
Membership terms
Memberships are monthly, paid by card, and continue until cancelled. Changing tier takes effect from your next billing date, with any difference applied pro rata. Cancellations take effect after one month's notice, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Sibling discount
Where two or more children from the same family hold memberships or book camps, events or other sessions together, the first child pays the full price and a 10% sibling discount applies to the second and each further child. The discount is not applied to the first child or to the whole total, and it is applied automatically at checkout. A separate discount code replaces the sibling discount rather than adding to it.
Booking & event terms
Places at league days, Matchdays, camps, clinics and experiences are confirmed once payment is complete, or immediately for free events. Some events have eligibility requirements based on programme, level or age, and these are checked when you book. Full events offer a waiting list.
Cancellations & refunds
Tell us as early as you can if your child can no longer attend a booked event. Where a place can be re-offered, we'll refund or credit it. If golfstars cancels an event, you'll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Behaviour & participation
We ask children, parents and caddies to respect the venue, the course and everyone taking part. Coaches may adjust or end a session where safety requires it.
