Our commitment
The welfare of every child at golfstars comes first. We are committed to providing a safe, positive and respectful environment at every venue, in every session and at every event.
Coach standards
Golfstars coaches are trained in programme delivery, group management, inclusion, additional support needs, parent communication and safeguarding. They model the values of the game as well as teaching the skills.
Child welfare
Sessions are planned with appropriate supervision, safe use of equipment and clear expectations for behaviour. Medical information, additional needs and photography consent are recorded with each child's account and only seen by those who need them.
Raising a concern
If you have any concern about a child's welfare at golfstars, tell us immediately — speak to your venue's coach or PGA Professional, or email info@golfstars.co.uk. Concerns are taken seriously, recorded and acted on.
