Golfstars works with children, so we treat the information you share with real care. This is a plain-English summary of how we handle it.
What we collect
Parent contact details, your child's name, date of birth and the information you choose to share about medical needs, additional needs and photography consent. We also record membership, bookings and progress within the programme.
Why we collect it
To run your child's membership, deliver sessions safely, take bookings and payments, keep you informed about your child's golf, and improve the programme.
Who can see it
Only golfstars staff and the coaches at your child's venue who need it to deliver the programme. Sensitive information is restricted to those with a genuine need to see it. We never sell your data.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Golfstars never stores your full card details.
Your choices
You can update your details, change your communication and marketing preferences, or ask us to delete your account at any time from the members portal, or by emailing info@golfstars.co.uk.
